I had the good fortune to attend the first Zara Home preview in Canada last week. We are all well aware of my affection towards Zara; as a clothing line I truly find pleasure in the designs and variety that you get and the price point is totes up my alley (and my bank account’s as well).
It comes as no surprise that the Zara Home Collection did not disappoint. I immediately recognized that Zara Home hit a mark between the age (and again, price point) of Ikea and Pottery Barn. It has everything from linens to glassware to children’s decor. What I noticed and loved right away was that similar to Zara’s fashion collections, there was a style or design for every taste and comfort zone. While I might feel so inclined to style my dining room with animal print glassware (see below), I realize that’s not for everyone and the collection offers a range of tastes.
These photos are just a small, small preview of what’s available. The storefront officially opened it’s door last Friday and interestingly enough is the first Zara Home store in all of North America. I absolutely encourage you to head to Yorkdale Shopping Centre and if you can’t get to the store, mosey online + take a look at the entire collection.
