Little Tips: What’s in Your Workout Bag?

I’ve had a few emails asking what I keep in my workout bag. I tend to workout at all times but usually love to get it in before work or during my lunch break. I will certainly be sharing my workout tips in a post shortly but for now, here are a few of my favorite items that keep my skin and hair primp for those early morning, midday and on-the-go workouts.
