boom. roasted.

made a little pork roast the other night. i don’t have a specific recipe but i’ll try my best to review what i mixed up.

i made a rub of dry mustard, dry rosemary, salt, pepper ~ then i made a few holes in the roast and stuffed in some roughly chopped garlic cloves. cooked it in the oven @ 365°F for about an hour and ten minutes.

chopped some mini potatoes, seasoned them with olive oil, salt, pepper & rosemary, put those in the pan with the roast. lastly poured a bit of chicken broth in the bottom of the pan to lock in the moisture.
